First place your order then fill out the order form:
- Go to the All Categories Page - Select your design and ADD TO CART. Click on the box to "UPDATE Total" so that applicable shipping is calculated.
- In the Cart Page - Select your method of payment. Be sure to include your email address in the memo section/or in contact area. Note: If you wish to purchase additional prints, this site does not offer the capabilities to itemize them. Any additional prints will need to be coordinated separately.
- After you have paid - you will need to complete the Order Form. So, come right back to this page and click on the link below to begin with the fun part...coming up with the words!

Once I receive the completed order form, I will contact you within 2 days to confirm your purchase and the order form. Together, we will come up with a time line of when you can expect to see a proof. Each piece will require approximately 2-4 weeks to complete. "Of Another Shape" artwork may require more time due to design layout and detail or the shape.
The Order Form contains other pertinent information regarding sizes, background colors, proofs, copyright, art releases, and lots of word ideas!

Art Release: All information on a Family Tree Art is personal. Upon completion of the artwork, I like to ask permission through an art release to use your tree in my portfolio.
Background: Choose from either white or cream.
Design: On the order form you get to choose, Contemporary Tree (no branches), Branched Tree or Design Of Another Shape - see below for more information about this design.
Of Another Shape: Each piece is uniquely created based on a particular shape. Because of this uniqueness it may require additional time, words, and perhaps an additional cost, all of which are discussed prior to beginning the artwork. Contact Donna before purchasing your order - for further information and discussion about this particular design as pricing may vary. This design can be time consuming, first come up with desired shape so negotiating all the parameters from beginning to end is important for timeliness and cost.
Proof: Every order will be proofed before it is printed. Sometimes several proofs will go back and forth before it is printed. This is to be sure your Family Tree Art is exactly as you like it.
Words: Minimum # or words needed to complete Family Tree Art starts at 100 words or more to a maximum of 200 words. There may be an additional fee for more than 200 words.
